We provide Etsy marketing services, including the Etsy Success Program, to online sellers.

Our application form, hosted by Typeform, collects information about you and your Etsy shop. This may include your name, email address, shop URL, product categories, and performance goals.

If you subscribe we collect your email address, name and shop name, together with the date you subscribed and how you interact with our emails.
Why: to send you the content you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
When you become a client we collect and hold business contact details, billing information, onboarding information submitted through Kajabi, and information about your Etsy shop and its performance.
Why: to deliver the services and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation for financial records.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, each processing data on our instructions.
Stripe processes payment details directly. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.
Several of our providers — including Webflow, Typeform, Kajabi, Stripe — are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

If someone makes a request on your behalf, we will ask for written authorisation from you and proof of their identity before proceeding.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by GDPR.
Our services are aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
